ADMISSION FORMALITIES


    BG First Year

    1. Presence in person of the student is the must for completion of admission formalities. Admission through proxy is not permissible at all.

    2. Certificates / Documents required at the time of admission


    (i) Three copies of recent passport size photographs.

    (ii) Provisional / Character / Discharge / School Leaving Certificates in  original, from the 
    institution last attended.

    (iii) Two attested copies of the 10th class D.O.B certificate.

    (iv) Two attested copies of the Marks Certificate of 12th class.

    (v) Category Certificate under SRO (if Applicable); under process

    (vi) Certificates shall not be entertained in any case.

    (vii) Migration certificate from Board of School education other than JKBOSE.

    3. 

    The selected candidates have to submit the  admission forms along with the requisite fee (Fee structure mentioned separately) within a stipulated time of 15 days from the date of issue of the admission notification by the college. Any wrong information provided by the candidate shall lead to the cancellation of his/her admission and would warrant legal action against him/her. 

    BG Second & Third Year


    1. Presence in person of the student is the must for completion of admission formalities.  Admission through proxy is not permissible at all. Eligible students shall have to submit following certificates/documents at the time of admission along with  admission form and fee:

    (i) Three copies of recent passport size photographs.

    (ii) Two attested copies of the Marks Certificate of last qualifying examination.

    (iii) Category Certificate under SRO (if Applicable); under process  certificates shall not be entertained in any case.


    Any wrong information provided by the candidate shall lead to the cancellation of his/her admission and would warrant legal action against him/her under rules.
